At Clarence Avenue Surgery in Kingsthorpe the doctors and nurses take pride in offering the highest standard of patient-centred healthcare. We run many clinics for chronic disease care and offer a wide variety of other medical services such as antenatal and postnatal care, childhood vaccinations and well-person check-ups.
ARE YOU 18 AND OFF TO UNIVERSITY?
Please note that you need to protect yourself against meningitis and septicaemia. Please contact the surgery and make an appointment with the practice nurse to receive your inoculation.
BLOOD TEST RESULTS
It is the patient’s responsibility to telephone the surgery for any results. Please call after 1400 hours.
The Surgery has full access for wheelchairs, including an accessible toilet. Please advise, if possible, in advance of your coming so that we are able to assist you further.
There are car parking facilities at the rear of the building. Please do not block the entrance to the car park.
YOUR SURGERY NEEDS YOU!!! The Patient Participation Group would welcome representatives of our patient population particularly within the younger generation and those of ethnic origin. If you have any questions regarding this group then please contact the surgery.
